Vehicle Electrical & Electronics Product Development Team Member

We are looking for Product Development Engineers who will work in the Medium Commercial Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineering Teams, have the opportunity to deal with many different electrical and electronics systems in the implementation of state of the art functions! The working locations will be Sancaktepe, Istanbul.

Job Description;
Will lead Product Development activities of Commercial Vehicle Programs.
Will be the “Responsible owner” of products; research, development and release of these products
Will prepare functional and engineering specification development
Will perform design efficiency analyses and cost reduction studies
Will lead teamwork with supplier, create Design verification plan, complete bench and vehicle level tests
Will make sure to meet deliverables on time according the Global Product Development System.
Leading component data (Device Transimittals etc) collection and reviewing process
Provide prototype vehicles system sign-off and program launch support

Qualification;
Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering Departments
Fluent in English
Strong documenting, presenting and reporting skills
Strong communication skills
Project management skills, organizational proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Tolerance to ambiguity and dealing with complex engineering problems
Eager to learn & perform product design and development
Knowledge of Change Management
Preferably, 2+ years of experience in automotive industry
