Qualifications and Job Description (REMOTE) Jotform is an online form builder with over 20 million users worldwide. Our offices are located in San Francisco, London, Sydney, Vancouver, Ankara, İstanbul and İzmir. We're looking for Customer Support Specialists to work remotely or in our Ankara office, which is located in a relaxed and fun environment in Hacettepe Teknokent. Proficiency in English (especially writing skills) is extremely important for this position since you will be communicating with customers continuously.
